- SAIC Motor Philippines, Inc. (SMPI) will issue a dealer bulletin to communicate the terms, conditions and guidelines of this financing program as agreed upon with the participating bank partner.
- Promo Duration of this financing program will be from August 3, 2026, until September 30, 2026.
- With this partnership, the participating bank partner and SMPI shall mutually and earnestly come up with a resolution whenever there is a valid customer complaint. As such SMPI, shall give feedback within five (5) working days from receipt of any valid complaint/s from the bank partner. The bank partner, on the other hand, will communicate the corresponding resolution to its clients. Likewise, the bank partner should give feedback within five (5) working days from receipt of any valid complaint from SMPI.
- To avoid any ambiguity, any issue pertaining to the unit availed shall be resolved between SMPI and the buyer.
- Effectivity and Termination Clause – This Memorandum of Agreement shall be effective upon signing of this document unless terminated for any given reason. SMPI shall ensure that, upon termination of this Memorandum of Agreement, all SMPI dealers nationwide are duly notified.
- Any amendment or modification on the specified promo terms and conditions of this MOA shall require the mutual written consent of both parties.
